What is the minimum order quantity for a custom design?

The minimum order quantity is 5 pieces per model. Some products have a higher minimum order quantity. You can combine different products and any size.

Can I use my own design for a custom project?

It is possible to use your own design. Our design team will help you finalize the design and advise where necessary.

Can I order additional products with a custom order?

The minimum order quantity for reorders is 5 units per model. The price remains the same for 1 year from the date of the first order. There are no more design costs involved.

Which products can I personalise?

You can customize any desired product. We have winter jackets, windbreakers, raincoats, arm warmers, leg warmers, shorts, long sleeve shirts and so on. There is a choice of 3 collections.

Can I exchange products?

It is possible to exchange products purchased through our webshop.

It is not possible to exchange personalized products.

Can I return products?

It is possible to return products purchased through our webshop.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You can expect your order within 2-5 business days. Custom orders have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks.

Where is 10U located?

10U is located in Lebbeke, Belgium. The showroom is located approximately 30 minutes drive from Ghent and 30 minutes from the capital Brussels.

Which courier services does 10U use?

For shipments within Belgium and the Netherlands we use TLD Express and DHL parcel.

For other shipments we use DHL Express.

When can I visit the showroom?

The showroom is only accessible by appointment from Monday to Saturday.

Does 10U sponsor teams and events?

We sponsor teams and events. Check out our Partnershippage for more information.

Are taxes included in the price?

The prices on our webshop are final prices for customers within the EU. This means that they include the relevant taxes (VAT and other components).

 

For customers outside the EU this means that the prices are net prices. For example, the courier service ( DHL Express ) or customs can charge VAT and import duties according to the legal provisions in the country of receipt.
