ARTICLE 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – EXCHANGE CONDITIONS ONLINE WEBSHOP
The consumer has the right to the statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days starting on the day after delivery of the good.
The consumer has the right to inspect and try on the goods received as he would in the shop. In the event of a revocation, the goods must remain with the original labels and tags, must be unworn and undamaged, and must be returned in the original packaging. to refuse a refund.
The costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer. The package must be returned to the seller within 14 days :

The refund of the goods, excluding shipping costs, will be made within fourteen days after receipt of the returned goods. This can be refused if the goods are violated.
ARTICLE 2. PRICES, METHODS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All announced prices include the statutory VAT and exclude transport costs. Payment of the items is done via Bancontact, Mistercash, Mastercard or PAYPALL.
The goods in stock will be sent to the customer by courier within 5 working days after receiving the payment. The shipping costs per package up to 30 kilos are announced on the website. During the end of the year, a longer grace period is possible due to the holidays. Goods that have to be produced especially for the customer will be ordered by BV NOOVIQ from its producer within 5 working days after receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. BV NOOVIQ will ship these goods to the customer by courier service within a week after receipt of these goods. The delivery by NOOVIQ BV to the courier service counts as delivery.
ARTICLE 3. REFUSAL OF ORDERS
NOOVIQ BV reserves the right to refuse any online order. NOOVIQ BV can make this decision without motivation. If NOOVIQ BV chooses not to carry out an online order, it will inform the orderer of this and the payment will be immediately returned.
ARTICLE 4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data necessary to process an order is securely stored by NOOVIQ BV or its employees, and can be passed on to companies with which NOOVIQ BV or its service providers collaborate, when this is necessary for the processing of the order.

ARTICLE 5. COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute arising from the present agreement must be brought before the competent Court of the judicial district of East Flanders.
Only Belgian / Flemish law is applicable.
