Warranty & Repair

All our products have a three-year legal warranty. This means that we (being 10U) are legally liable and that we must offer a free repair service in the event of manufacturing defects.

 

The customer can request warranty or repair for products purchased through our official website www.10ucycling.com. Eligible products include both custom and collection items. If you bought the garment from one of our official retailers, request your warranty or repair from that specific point of sale.

 

REMARK:Products damaged due to excessive use over a long period of time are not considered defective. We may refuse requests if the damage is irreparable (e.g. glues, dyes, abrasions, cuts with scissors or damage due to improper use or washing, velcro, etc.), but we will provide an alternative solution where possible.

It is only possible to return items if they are in "NEW" condition. This means that the items must be unused and unwashed. Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and still have the original label.

How do you request a repair or a warranty?

  1. Fill in the form below.

  2. After analysis of the defect, we will inform you whether it is possible to carry out the repair and the possible costs thereof (if the guarantee does not apply). We will provide you with a shipping label (free).

  3. Wash the garment and make sure it is completely dry before packing. We are not responsible for garments shipped in a different way than the one suggested.
