Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our custom programme.

  • The minimum order quantity is 5 pieces per design. Some items have a minimum order of 10 pieces per design. Accessories such as cycling socks have a higher minimum order. You can mix and match different products and any sizes within your order.

  • Lead times for custom orders depend on order volume and the time of year. Estimated delivery is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.

  • The minimum order quantity for reorders is 5 pieces per design. Your price stays the same for 1 year from the date of your first order, and there are no additional design fees.

  • Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All of our products can be viewed in our showroom. You can also see our full range of available colors on a fabric color swatch card.

    For selected projects, we can make a production sample for an additional fee of €50.00 (excl. VAT). Lead time for samples is approximately 4–6 weeks. Samples are available for short-sleeve jerseys only.

  • Before you order, we can send you fit samples so you can find the right size. Every product is available in every size, and you can keep the fit samples for 1 week.

  • The 10U logo may be used by 10U only. Please do not create designs that alter the appearance or placement of the 10U logo.

    10U Logo Placement on Jerseys and Tops

    • Front: Placed by default to the right of the zipper with a 15 mm margin. The 10U logo is positioned vertically (H: 45 mm).

    • Back: Placed by default on the right rear pocket, at the far right edge of the pocket. The 10U logo is positioned vertically (H: 120 mm). Alternative placement can be discussed.

    10U Logo Placement on Bib Shorts.

    • Option 1: The 10U logo can be placed on both sides, just below hip height. The logo is positioned at a horizontal angle (W: 45 mm).

    • Option 2: The 10U logo can be placed on both sides, just above the knee. The logo is positioned horizontally (W: 150 mm).

  • Please supply sponsor logos and any other logos to be printed on your kit as vector files.

    Common vector file formats:

    No vector file? Our design team can vectorize your logo for an additional fee of €50.00 per logo (excl. VAT).
