ARTICLE 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – EXCHANGE CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE STORE
The consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered.
The consumer has the right to inspect and try on the goods received, as they would in a store. In the event of withdrawal, the goods must still have their original tags and labels, must be unworn and undamaged, and must be returned in their original packaging. If not, NOOVIQ BV reserves the right to refuse the goods and the refund.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The package must be returned to the seller within 14 days at the following address:

The refund for the goods, excluding shipping costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund may be refused if the goods are damaged.
ARTICLE 2. PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS AND DELIVERY
All prices shown include the applicable statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. Payment can be made by Bancontact, Mastercard, or PayPal, where offered. In-stock goods will be shipped to the customer by courier within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs per package up to 30 kg are shown on the website. Delivery times may be longer during the end-of-year holiday period.
Goods that must be produced specifically for the customer will be ordered by NOOVIQ BV from its manufacturer within 5 working days of receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. NOOVIQ BV will ship these goods to the customer by courier within one week of receiving them. Handover of the goods by NOOVIQ BV to the courier constitutes delivery.
ARTICLE 3. REFUSAL OF ORDERS
NOOVIQ BV reserves the right to refuse any online order without giving a reason. If NOOVIQ BV decides not to fulfill an online order, it will inform the customer and refund the payment immediately.
ARTICLE 4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data required to process an order is stored securely by NOOVIQ BV or its staff. This data may be shared with companies that NOOVIQ BV or its service providers work with, where this is necessary to process the order.
Whenever NOOVIQ BV shares personal data with third parties, those third parties may only process the data for purposes strictly related to their tasks. They are bound by the
conditions set by NOOVIQ BV, which ensures that your privacy is protected.
In addition to the purposes described above, NOOVIQ BV may also process your personal data for marketing purposes. All marketing sent to you will relate to NOOVIQ BV products. If you object to this use of your personal data, you can opt out of NOOVIQ BV's marketing communications.
Every commercial email from NOOVIQ BV includes an unsubscribe link that you can use to opt out.
All of your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential, and your legitimate interests will be carefully protected as required by law. NOOVIQ BV will never sell your personal data to third parties.
ARTICLE 5. COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute arising from this agreement must be brought before the competent court of the judicial district of East Flanders.
This agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law.
