Yes, products bought through our online store can be exchanged. Custom and personalized products cannot be exchanged.

You can expect to receive your order within 2–5 working days. Custom orders have a delivery time of 6–8 weeks.

10U is based in Lebbeke, Belgium. Our showroom is about a 30-minute drive from both Ghent and Brussels, the Belgian capital.

For shipments within Belgium and the Netherlands, we use TLD Logistics. For all other shipments, we use DHL Express.

Our showroom is open by appointment only, Monday to Saturday.

Yes, we sponsor teams and events. 

Prices in our online store are final prices for customers within the EU. This means they include all applicable taxes, such as VAT.

For customers outside the EU, our prices are net prices. The courier (DHL Express) or customs may charge VAT and import duties in line with the regulations of the destination country.
