RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This applies only to items bought through our official website, www.10ucycling.com. If you bought your items from one of our official dealers, please contact that dealer to process your return.
Items can only be returned in new condition. This means they must be unworn and unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and still have their original tags attached.
Please note: Custom items, pre-order items, and team store items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return?

Shortly after submitting your request, you'll receive a return label with further instructions.

Pack the items in their original bag, then place them in an opaque bag or box for protection.

We'll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns from Belgium and the Netherlands: We cover the shipping costs, provided that we schedule the pickup and choose the shipping method.
For returns from outside Belgium or the Netherlands, return shipping is at your own expense.
Partial returns: If the items you keep fall below the minimum order value for free shipping, we'll refund the returned items minus the cost of the original shipping.
Other cases: In all other cases where the customer pays for shipping, we'll refund the item amount minus the shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange items bought through our website, www.10ucycling.com, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please note:

Refund
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Once you've started the return process and your items arrive at our warehouse, we'll inspect them to check their condition. After we confirm they're in perfect condition with no damage, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
